One of PTC Group’s (now LUZA Group) offices PTC Group (now LUZA Group), which focuses on service solutions, engineering, and talent management, recorded a global turnover of 26 million euros in 2023. The company forecasts a 34% increase for 2024, having achieved double-digit growth over the past few years while expanding its activities to several countries.
“The 2023 results are proof of our commitment to excellence and innovation. We have overcome challenges and seized market opportunities, reinforcing our position as a leader in specialized services in engineering, IT, consulting, and recruitment. We are confident that 2024 will bring even more significant growth, driven by the dedication and talent of our global team,” said Tiago Monteiro, founder and CEO of the group, in a press statement. In 2023, PTC Group (now LUZA Group) developed partnerships in Europe with the Stellantis group and Leroy Merlin.
The company, which offers a broad range of specialized services in engineering, design, consulting, IT, training, recruitment, and Industry 4.0 solutions, was founded in 2006 by Portuguese entrepreneur Tiago Monteiro. It has grown from a small family business into a multinational company with over 1,200 employees worldwide. Its headquarters in Oliveira de Azeméis employs about 100 people and supports both national and international projects.
Although the company opened offices in Mexico and Brazil between 2008 and 2012, its most significant growth occurred during the pandemic. “In two years, we grew from 50 to 500 people due to the new remote work habits brought by the pandemic. Previously, we had to handle work visas and negotiate relocation terms. Nowadays, we send the computer by mail, and the contract is signed via DocuSign, all remotely,” explains Tiago Monteiro.
Currently, in addition to being present in more than seven countries, the group has expanded into the African continent, with a presence in Morocco.
