One of the PTC Group (now LUZA Group) offices. PTC Group (now LUZA Group), dedicated to service solutions, engineering, and talent management, recorded a global turnover of 26 million euros in 2023. The company predicts an increase of 34% for 2024, having shown double-digit growth in recent years while expanding its activity to several countries.

“The 2023 results are proof of our commitment to excellence and innovation. We managed to overcome challenges and seize market opportunities, reinforcing our position as a leader in specialized engineering, IT, consulting, and recruitment services. We are confident that 2024 will bring even more significant growth, driven by the dedication and talent of our global team,” said Tiago Monteiro, founder and CEO of the group, in a press note. In 2023, PTC Group (now LUZA Group) developed partnerships in Europe with the Stellantis group and Leroy Merlin.

The company, which offers a wide range of specialized services in engineering, design, consulting, IT, training, recruitment, and Industry 4.0 solutions, was created in 2006 by the Portuguese Tiago Monteiro and evolved from a small family business to a multinational with more than 1200 employees worldwide. The headquarters in Oliveira de Azeméis has about 100 employees and supports national and international projects.

Despite opening offices in Mexico and Brazil between 2008 and 2012, it was during the pandemic that the company recorded its greatest growth. “In two years we managed to go from 50 to 500 people due to the new remote work habits that emerged with the pandemic. Before, we had to obtain work visas, negotiate transfer conditions. Nowadays, we send the computer by mail and the contract via DocuSign, all remotely,” explains Tiago Monteiro.

Currently, in addition to being present in more than seven countries, the group has expanded to the African continent, with a presence in Morocco.
