One of the PTC Group (now LUZA Group) offices. PTC Group (now LUZA Group), dedicated to service solutions, engineering, and talent management, recorded a global turnover of 26 million euros in 2023. The company predicts an increase of 34% for 2024, having shown double-digit growth in recent years while expanding its activity to several countries.

Estamos confiantes de que 2024 trará um crescimento ainda mais significativo, impulsionado pela dedicação e talento da nossa equipa global”, Tiago Monteiro, fundador e CEO do grupo, partilha numa nota à imprensa. Em 2023, o PTC Group (agora LUZA Group) desenvolveu parcerias na Europa com o grupo Stellantis e a Leroy Merlin.
The company, which holds a wide range of specialized services in engineering, design, consulting, IT, training, recruitment, and Industry 4.0 solutions, was created in 2006 by the Portuguese Tiago Monteiro and evolved from a small family business to a multinational with more than 1200 employees worldwide. The headquarters in Oliveira de Azeméis has about 100 employees and provides support for national and international projects.
Apesar de no período entre 2008 e 2012 ter aberto escritórios no México e no Brazil, foi durante a pandemia que a empresa registou maior crescimento. “Em dois anos conseguimos passar de 50 para 500 pessoas devido aos novos hábitos do teletrabalho que chegaram com a pandemia. Anteriormente tínhamos de fazer vistos de trabalho, negociar condições de mudança. Hoje em dia, enviamos o computador pelo correio e o contrato com DocuSign, tudo à distância”, diz Tiago Monteiro.
Currently, in addition to being present in more than seven countries, the group has expanded to the African continent, with a presence in Morocco.
